Return Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us for a refund, less shipping
charges and 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in original condition,
unused and undamaged with all papers, manuals, boxes where applicable. The
customer is responsible for return shipping charges, insurance, delivery confirmation
and the merchandise until it reaches us. No exceptions!
How to:
Prior to shipping your return you must obtain a “RA” (Return Authorization) number no
later than 7 days after you received the merchandise. This number will stay active for 7
days within which we must receive the return. The RA number must be included with the
return merchandise.
NOTE: SouthCreekShop.com will not accept returns without an active RA number.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued back to the account from which payment was made. We'll notify
you by e-mal after your returned has been received and processed, usually within 1-3
business days.
Exclusions:
Items listed on our Close Out pages are deeply discounted to make room for incoming
merchandise. These FINAL CLEARANCE SALE items are excluded from our Return
Policy – no refunds, exchanges, no exceptions!
